100 Club Donation to Academy

Academy sport training equipment is set to be updated thanks to the generosity of the Blackburn Rovers 100 Club.

Members of the 100 Club presented Academy Manager Stuart Jones with a cheque for £7,900 at our last home game against QPR.

The money will be put towards new state of the art health and training equipment that will aid the analysis department.

The 100 Club was formed in the 1970s and has developed a close relationship with the Academy over recent years, making numerous donations to benefit and support the club’s young stars of the future.

Stuart Jones said: “The support from the 100 Club has been fantastic over the years and enabled the Academy to enhance our facilities and have a real impact on our programme.

"We are delighted with the relationship that has evolved and look forward to continuing this in the years to come, which can be beneficial for all.”
